At E-Ride Essentials, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made, special-order, and installed parts are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
